Need Regional Input for 1YL 2028

Our 1YL Planning Team is hard at work for 2028! In 2024, regions had the opportunity to host dinners off-site one night, or stay at the hotel and eat in one of the ballrooms with the larger group. As the team dreams about 2028, they want to know your thoughts!

ACTION ITEM: Regional Directors and Regional Administrators, talk to your regional team and provide feedback to the 1YL Planning Team by February 20 via this survey: 1YL 2028 Dinners.

Accommodations Assistance Fund
We’re pleased to share the new Accommodations Assistance Fund (AAF) policy with you and excited about the opportunity it provides to better serve our staff and ministries needing this support. The AAF is designed to provide financial assistance to eligible employees and areas of Young Life for costs associated with reasonable accommodations. The fund supports efforts to ensure a successful and appropriate work experience for qualified employees, and to promote inclusive participation for Young Life participants — including leaders, volunteers, contractors, campers, and others engaged in Young Life ministry activities. Rooted in our commitment to Jesus and our love for one another, the Accommodations Assistance Fund reflects our commitment to fostering accessibility and support across the Young Life community.

Please see the attached policy and link, and feel free to share it with your teams and departments for awareness, or with any area or individual who may benefit.
